De transmitere, prelucrare si consultare a datelor cu caracter personal

Confidentialitatea dvs. este unul dintre angajamentele noastre fundamentale la S.C. "SHIPCARE SERVICES" SRL.

Prin urmare, ne straduim sa va procesam datele personale in conformitate cu principiile stabilite in legislatia privind protectia datelor aplicabila in Romania, inclusiv Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 privind protectia persoanelor fizice in ceea ce priveste prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si privind libera circulatie a acestor date si de abrogare a Directivei 95/46 / CE ("GDPR").Citeste mai mult

Prin acest acord va exprimati in mod expres consimtamantul ca S.C. "SHIPCARE SERVICES" SRL, sa prelucreze urmatoarele date cu caracter personal, inregistrate pe numele dvs.:

  • date cu caracter personal avand functie de identificare (cuprinde informatii legate de numele si prenumele solicitantului, prenumele parintilor, adresa, telefon, nationalitate, data si locul nasterii, codul numeric personal, acte de identitate);
  • date referitoare la documentele de navigatie (cuprinde informatii legate de seria si numarul carnetului de marinar, seria si numarul brevetului sau certificatului de capacitate, imbarcarile anterioare).

Comunicam datele tale catre alti destinatari?

Nu transmitem aceste date catre terte parti decat daca este necesar, si numai datele necesare pentru conformitate cu cerintele legale sau contractuale. S.C. "SHIPCARE SERVICES" SRL poate furniza date cu caracter personal curierilor, furnizorilor, altor clienti, autoritati, juristilor, contabililor, persoanelor care asigura suport tehnic de orice natura. Datele dv. pot fi transmise si international, dar in conditii de securitate astfel incat acestea sa fie protejate impotriva oricarei fraude sau utilizari neautorizate.

Cat timp prelucram datele personale?

Datele tale personale sunt prelucrate pe tot parcursul relatiei noastre contractuale si, dupa finalizarea acesteia, cel putin pe perioada impusa de prevederile legale aplicabile in domeniu, inclusiv, dar fara limitare, la dispozitiile privind arhivarea.

Care sunt drepturile tale si cum pot fi exercitate?

  • Dreptul la informare – poti solicita informatii privind activitatile de prelucrare a datelor tale personale;
  • Dreptul la rectificare – poti rectifica datele personale inexacte sau le poti completa;
  • Dreptul la stergerea datelor ("dreptul de a fi uitat") – poti obtine stergerea datelor, in cazul in care prelucrarea acestora nu a fost legala sau in alte cazuri prevazute de lege;
  • Dreptul la restrictionarea prelucrarii - poti solicita restrictionarea prelucrarii in cazul in care contesti exactitatea datelor, precum si in alte cazuri prevazute de lege;
  • Dreptul de opozitie – poti sa te opui, in special, prelucrarilor de date care se intemeiaza pe interesul nostru legitim;
  • Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor - poti primi, in anumite conditii, datele personale pe care ni le-ai furnizat, intr-un format care poate fi citit automat sau poti solicita ca respectivele date sa fie transmise altui operator;
  • Dreptul de a depune plangere - poti depune plangere fata de modalitatea de prelucrare a datelor personale la Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal;
  • Dreptul de retragere a consimtamantului – in cazurile in care prelucrarea se intemeiaza pe consimtamantul tau, ti-l poti retrage oricand. Retragerea consimtamantului va avea efecte doar pentru viitor, prelucrarea efectuata anterior retragerii ramanand in continuare valabila;
  • Drepturi suplimentare aferente deciziilor automate: poti cere si obtine interventia umana cu privire la respectiva prelucrare, iti poti exprima propriul punct de vedere cu privire la aceasta si poti contesta decizia.

Iti poti exercita aceste drepturi, fie individual, fie cumulat, foarte usor, prin simpla transmitere a unei solicitari la sediul nostru din Str. Alexandru Puskin nr. 6A, Constanta, RO sau prin email: office@shipcare.ro / LAW@shipcare.ro

*Daca NU sunteti de acord cu prelucrarea si stocarea datelor dumneavoastra va rugam sa NU trimiteti aplicatia / C.V.-ul.

*Punctul de lucru al agentiei reprezinta principalul mod de a interactiona cu persone interesate sa isi gaseasca de lucru in domeniul maritim, fie prin completarea unui formular de inscriere in baza de date in format fizic, fie prin trimiterea acestuia in format electronic pe cai de comunicare online prezentate pe website-ul agentiei. Actionand in acest mod va fi considerat automat ca si consimtamant al dumneavoastra de a va prelucra datele in scopul legitim, prin procesarea informatiilor furnizand astfel servicii de plasare de personal navigant.

Datele dumneavoastra cu caracter pesonal vor fi transmise catre:

  • Armatori sau Companii straine– in vederea obtinerii unui loc de munca;
  • Centre Medicale – in vederea programarii la vizita medicala;
  • Centre de Instruire si Formare Personala – in vederea inscrierii la cursuri;
  • Agenti de nava din tari terte – in vederea obtinerii diverselor vize si/sau alte aprobari de calatorie;
  • Brokeri de Asigurari – in vederea emiterii unei „Polite de asigurare a riscului de neplata a salariilor personalului navigant ambarcat pe nave sub pavilion roman sau strain";
  • Furnizori de echipamente de protectie – in vederea obtinerii echipamentelor de protectie;
  • Autoritatea Navala Romana – in vederea declararii ambarcarii.

Nu in ultimul rand, trebuie sa stii ca informatiile complete si permanent actualizate privind prelucrarea datelor personale, le poti gasi aici.

By this agreement, you expressly consent to S.C. "SHIPCARE SERVICES" SRL, to process the following personal data, registered on your behalf:

  • Personal data having an identification function (includes information related to the applicant's first name and surname, surnames, address, telephone, nationality, date and place of birth, personal identification number, identity documents);
  • Data relating to the navigation documents (includes information related to the series and number of the Seaman's Carnet, the serial number and the number of the certificate or capacity certificate, previous embarkations).

Do we communicate your data to other recipients?

We do not pass on this data to third parties unless it is necessary, and only the data required to comply with legal or contractual requirements. SC "SHIPCARE SERVICES" SRL may provide personal data to couriers, suppliers, other clients, authorities, lawyers, accountants, persons providing technical support of any kind. Your data may be transmitted internationally, but under security conditions, so that they can be protected against any unauthorized fraud or use.

How long do we process your personal data?

Your personal data is processed throughout our contractual relationship and, after its completion, at least during the period required by the legal provisions applicable in the field.

What are your rights and how can they be exercised?

  • Right to information – you may request information on your personal data processing activities;
  • Right to rectification – you can rectify your inaccurate personal data or complete it;
  • The right to delete your data ("The right to be forgotten") – you can obtain the deletion of the data, if their processing was not legal or in other cases stipulated by law;
  • Right to restriction of processing – you may request that the processing be restricted if you are inconsistent with the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by the law;
  • The right of opposition – you can oppose, in particular, to the processing of data that are founded on our legitimate interest;
  • The right to data portability – you may, under certain conditions, receive the personal data you have provided to us in a format that can be read automatically, or you may request that the data be transmitted to another operator;
  • The right to file a complaint – you may lodge a complaint against the method of processing personal data to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
  • Right of withdrawal of consent – in cases where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, the processing carried out before the withdrawal remains valid;
  • Additional rights related to automatic decisions: you can ask and obtain human intervention on the respective processing, you can express your own point of view and you can challenge the decision.

If you DON’T AGREE with the processing and storage of your data, please DON’T send the application!

The Agency's working point is the main way to interact with people interested in working in the maritime field, either by completing a registration form in the physical database or by sending it electronically through online channels presented on the Agency's website. By acting in this way, it will automatically be considered as your consent to process your data for legitimate purposes, by processing the information for providing placement services for sailing personnel.

Your personal data will be forwarded to:

  • Ship-owners or foreign companies - in order to get a job;
  • Medical Centers - for medical appointment;
  • Training and Personal Training Centers - in order to enroll in courses;
  • Third-country ship vendors - to obtain different visas and / or other travel approvals;
  • Insurance Brokers - in order to issue a "Insurance Policy for the risk of non-payment of the salaries of the navy personnel on ships under Romanian or foreign flag";
  • Providers of protective equipment - in order to obtain protective equipment;
  • Romanian Naval Authority - to declare the boat.

Should any discrepancy from above stated arise, I will be fully responsible for the resulting consequences, including, but not limited to, full charges and costs caused by such fact to involved parties for my employment and for immediate repatriation from the ship.
